All orders are shipped for free with standard 2-5 day shipping (including handling time) on any order amount to the continental USA and all 10 Canadian provinces. Free shipping is automatically applied to your order, just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see it reflected. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking information.

In a hurry? Simply place your order and contact us to expedite your order with 2-3 days shipping (including handling time) for a flat $8 fee (no matter the order size).

As a family business we appreciate you shopping with us and are happy to offer stress-free returns for up to 60 days from date of purchase. To start processing a return simply email our friendly team at hello@saratogahomeonline.com. 

Please note all payments are processed in US dollars. Canadian customers will be charged in US dollars and your payment processor will handle currency conversion. When making an order cancellation the amount refunded may vary based on that day's exchange rate.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@saratogahomeonline.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Currently we only ship to the continental USA and the 10 Canadian provinces. International shipping is currently not offered.

We get it - mistakes happen! When placing an order please make sure to double check all of the shipping details. If an error happens, we are normally able to adjust your order up to 3-4 hours after the order is placed.
